You can print it, color it with traditional media, and then scan it. :)

Everything's done in photoshop. I sketch the image and then size it to how I want the final product to be. Then I increase the size by 200%, ink it in black with my tablet, and then size it at 50%. It shrinks enough in size that the lines don't look like a shaky mess. xD
